Walkways at Harborfront Park lead to a pier jetting 350 feet out onto Port Jefferson Harbor. Nearby, the Village Center hosts a variety of concerts, art exhibits and other special events, as well as a waterside Farmers Market every Sunday from May to October. Listen to live music, and take in stunning views of Long Island Sound, as you shop for fresh local produce, baked goods, seafood and flowers.
The annual Summer Harborside Concert Series in Memorial Park features some of Long Island’s finest musical ensembles. Every September, the Setauket Yacht Club hosts a sailboat regatta and race between village employees and the staff and doctors of Mather Hospital to raise funds for charity.
