Greenwich Village hosts one of the biggest Halloween bashes in the country. Nearly 60,000 participants go all out in a fright-inducing display of creativity—anyone in costume is welcome to join. The parade marches up Sixth Avenue, from Spring Street to 21st Street, starting at 7pm.
