The City of Plattsburgh will host the 4th of July Parade and Fireworks.

Narrowsburg Celebrates America Festival July 2, 2011, Narrowsburgh, NY A 3-day festival throughout Narrowsburg to include a old fashioned fair with carnival games and inflatables, a spectacular fireworks display at dusk on Sunday, and at 3pm on Monday a traditional parade, followed by a take-out chicken barbecue.

Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks - 9pm
Macy's will have fireworks being released from six barges in the Hudson River. This year's theme is The Gift of Freedom marking the 125th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty, as well as the 235th birthday of the United States. The music will be performed in sync with the fireworks and can be heard on 1010 WINS. For those not able to see in person, NBC will broadcast the fireworks live beginning at 9 pm EST.

Fireworks at the Park with Symphony Syracuse - July 1, 8pm, Watertown
Thompson Park-Symphony Syracuse, founded by approximately 65 musicians of the former Syracuse Symphony Orchestra, will perform "An Independence Day Celebration" beginning at 8 p.m.
