Details

Tucked in western hillside of Seneca Lake, Castel Grisch Winery, the "Grey Manor", was built in 1984 after it's original owners were inspired by the resemblance the area had to their native Swiss Alps. Since then, and up until recently, the winery had been dedicated to making European styled wines and foods in their restaurant (now Tasting Room). And while the winery has changed ownership a few times since then, we still strive to create quality wines and foods for visitors to enjoy. And being off the beaten path, visitors are afforded a quaint and intimate experience in our Tasting Room away from large crowds and traffic.
