Hostel Buffalo Niagara

Established in 1996, we are the region's longest running not-for-profit and independent hostel. We are proud to host those looking to explore Niagara Falls, Buffalo and the WNY Region. We are hosts to backpackers, groups & solo travelers, bikepackers, hikers, musicians, artists, and out-of-towners--domestic and abroad. Located in the heart of downtown Buffalo’s Theater District, we offer a communal homestead with a fully equipped kitchen with coffee, teas and oatmeal, spacious dining room lounges, fantastic WiFi, laundry facilities, complimentary bag storage, a bicycle share program ($10 day donation) and a movie/game room with netflix, foosball, pingpong and the fine collection of VHS tapes! We are a host to cultural events with our own BOX Gallery with rotating exhibitions by local artists along with an events space for activities to further connect our communities with our international travelers. We're a $2 bus ride from Niagara Falls, located right next door to Town Ballroom and across from Shea’s Performing Arts. We are only a few blocks away from Historic Allentown and the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. A free train ride away from KeyBank Center, the Harborcenter, Canalside, Sahlen Field, City Hall, Naval Park, and the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.
