NYS DEC Erwin Wildlife Management Area

Details

The Erwin Wildlife Management Area is a 2,490-acre upland tract that features wildlife openings, marsh ponds, and tree and shrub plantations enhancing wildlife habitat. For hunters, there is a variety of game available. Deer, wild turkey, grey squirrels, raccoons and ruffed grouse are the primary species. Small marsh pond units provide limited waterfowl hunting. Fishermen can find bass, bullheads, and panfish in the two man-made ponds.
