Allan H. Treman State Marine Park

Details

Right next to Cass Park and the Cayuga Waterfront Trail, Allan H. Treman State Marine Park is one of the largest inland marinas in New York State, boasting 370 seasonal slips, 30 transient slips, and 30 dry boat slips. For folks trailering boats, the park has an 8-lane boat launch ramp. *This park marina is often confused with Robert H. Treman State Park, which is located 4 miles to the south, (and not on Cayuga Lake). It is a marina only park.

This marina is an excellent port-of-call off the Barge Canal system at the south end of scenic Cayuga Lake and within easy walking distance to the City of Ithaca along the Cayuga Waterfront Trail.

Don't have a boat? Bring binoculars! For bird watching fans, the Hog Hole wetland and the Cayuga Lake shoreline make for great opportunities to view waterfowl and wetland species. The marina is also located close to Ithaca Dog Park - a large, fenced in grassy area for off-leash fun.

*Pets: Household pets only; caged or on a leash not more than 6 feet. Certificate proof of rabies inoculation.*

If you would like to hold a special event there, just contact the Ithaca Visitor's Center for more information: 1-800-28-ITHACA.
