Fall brings rich colors to the Thousand Islands as the reflections of autumnal hues on the water brings an element of beauty to a region that's truly unique.

A perfect way to catch the colors changing is through the Great Lakes Seaway Trail, named one of Budget Travel's Top 9 Great American Drives.  Fall camping in places like Cedar Point and Wellesley Island, with hiking and a nature preserve are very popular. From northern pike and walleye, to smallmouth bass, fishing is more of a tradition than a sport here.
