Enjoy free ice wine tasting in the tasting room accompanied by Renée Suzette’s Chocolate as well as ice sculpture demonstrations outside with complimentary hot chocolate for the kids & Keuka Lake Coffee Roasters hot coffee for the adults. After enjoying the outdoor activities, visit the restaurant for an ice wine and appetizer special. Other events for the day include regularly scheduled classes: Seasonal Chef Demo and Wine Pairing–Lunch and Learn at 1pm, Kitchen Quick Takes–The Basics at 2pm and Wine & Chocolate Pairing with Truffles at 3pm. All Day • Ice Wine/Appetizer Pairing in the Taste of New York Lounge; Sweet: Empire Apple & Pineapple Tarte Tatin with Double Vanilla Gelato, Savory: Asian Spiced Pork Belly with Pomegranite & Honey Glaze, paired with Standing Stone Vidal Ice; $15 per person.
