The Travers is known to attract the top 3-year-olds in the world and this year's race is looking to be a memorable event, potentially featuring the 2009 Kentucky Derby winner Mine That Bird and 2009 Belmont Stakes winner Summer Bird. The possible appearance of the history-making filly and 2009 Kentucky Oaks, Mother Goose, Preakness Stakes and Haskell Invitational winner Rachel Alexandra, would put an unforgettable mark on the Saratoga meet.
