WHERE:         Albany Heritage Area Visitors Center, QUACKenbush  Square, Downtown Albany (corner of Clinton Avenue and Broadway) WHEN:           10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2010 DETAILS:      Mascot Alfalfa A. Duck will greet guests boarding for a fun-filled excursion through Albany by land and water as the Albany Aqua Ducks open their 7th season as Albany's ambassadors to the city and the Hudson River. At the Albany Heritage Area Visitors Center, an Earth Day Celebration is underway. To celebrate this special day, the Aqua Ducks will show off the Hudson River as Albany's great natural resource as they turn from a bus into a boat and Splashdown into the historic waterway. There will be a free gift for all those boarding and a special gift for the 7th person to hop on the Duck to start their 7th season.
