Official Guide to County's Attractions Auburn, N.Y. - The 2011 Official Visitor's Guide to Cayuga County is now available at the Cayuga County Office of Tourism, 131 Genesee Street, Auburn. This comprehensive guide offers year round information for visitors on things to do, places to stay, and annual events in Cayuga County. Principal photography in the guide was done by Kristian S. Reynolds, a professional photograher working from Cortland and known for his coverage of the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. His work includes two coffee-table books, "Finger Lakes Panoramas" and "Wine Tour of the Finger Lakes." The guide was designed by Laura Coburn, Principal and Owner of the Auburn based Coburn Design, specializing in print and web design. The Guide focuses on what visitors like most about Cayuga County - lakes, scenery, wineries and charming villages as well as activities such as dining and shopping. Looking for a list of golf courses? Day spas? Hiking trails? You'll find information on all of these plus much, much more it the 2011 Official Visitors Guide to Cayuga County. The guide also includes suggested itineraries such as the "Great American Family Vacation" which highlights a getaway to northern Cayuga County that will delight the whole family including a step back in time at the Sterling Renaissance Festival, a picnic at Fair Haven Beach State Park, cookie tasting at Fly By Night Cookie Co. and so much more!
