small-town-big-deal-logo.jpgDecember 13 on RFD-TV Network Fly Creek, N.Y. - Thursday evening, December 13 at 9:30 the Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard's historic cider making operation will be featured on RFD-TV's Small Town Big Deal with host Rodney Miller.  The segment was filmed in late September during peak cider making with host Rodney Miller actually participating in production.  The crew filmed the entire cider process from start to finish and interviewed owners Bill and Brenda Michaels and visitors touring the Mill that day. The show found out about the Mill through the Executive Producer, Roger Mahr, who grew up in Canajoharie and still owns a Bill Michaels with host Rodney Miller and crewfarm there.  Mahr and Miller created Small Town Big Deal to showcase real slices of rural Americana for viewers to see the history and meaning of growing up in the country. "We are really proud to be featured by this national broadcast," says Bill Michaels.  "Hopefully this episode will entice more people to visit us in Fly Creek or shop our On-Line Store.  We are now at peak gift-basket production and this exposure might push us over the top for the Holiday Season.
