The Chamber in coordination with businesses and organizations have added new aspects to traditional events as well as made a number of changes. This year's tree lighting on Sunday, November 29th will be a Rockin' Tree Lighting with DJ Cruz and will include an Outdoor Winter BBQ by Bodette's Barbecue, and refreshments compliments of Libby's Bakery Café, followed by Holiday Wagon Rides.
As part of the Ticonderoga Area North Country Christmas the Chamber will be sponsoring a Holiday Shopping and Dining Night, encouraging people to Shop & Dine Local within the area on Friday, December 4, 2015. Offering specials and promotions, participating businesses will have a Shopping & Dining Night Snowflake displayed.
In addition to the promotions and specials, live holiday music will be provided by the Ticonderoga Central School and the Ticonderoga Community Band. Free Gift Certificate Raffles will be available throughout Downtown Ticonderoga organized by the Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership. In addition Horse Drawn Holiday Wagon rides will be available starting at the Ticonderoga Heritage Museum.
