2024 Apple Festival

The Mill Neck Family of Organizations is thrilled to announce that its 2024 Annual Apple Festival will be held on Saturday, October 12th and Sunday, October 13th, from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The excitement is building, as the 2024 festival promises to be bigger and better than ever. The Mill Neck Manor, a majestic Tudor Revival mansion, is set on an 86-acre estate overlooking the Long Island Sound. The Apple Festival draws tens of thousands of visitors who return year after year to enjoy this long celebrated tradition. Mill Neck Manor alumni also attend the Apple Festival as an annual “homecoming,” with the event bringing the heart of the Long Island Deaf Community together. The Apple Festival brings the best of the fall season to Long Island; showcasing an assortment of apple varieties, Karl Ehmer specialty meats, a wide variety of cheeses, plenty of mouth-watering baked goods, jellies, fudge, strudel, and more. The festival also showcases the latest in Deaf technology, healthcare checkups, entertainment, handmade country crafts, books/novelty items, a pumpkin patch, and plenty of games, rides and activities for the kids. A schedule of live entertainment is also in store, featuring a lineup of performances, children’s entertainment, ASL classes, pie eating contests, and much more throughout the weekend.
