2026 NYSA Tree Climbing Championship

The New York State Tree Climbing Championship is a gathering of the top tree workers in New York State to display their tree climbing skills and abilities in a series of competitive events. Join us at Stewart Park in Ithaca, NY on Friday and Saturday, June 19-20, 2026 to learn new techniques, compete against your peers, visit with friends and win great prizes. Please Note: We will do both gear inspection and the Belayed Speed Climb Event on Friday this year.

The top 3 men and women finishers from New York State or whose primary place of employment is in New York State will compete in The Master’s Challenge to represent NYSA in national or international competition.
