To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States, Tanglewood is partnering with local libraries for a special lecture series exploring the history and importance of environmental conservation in America. Each program will highlight a different theme from America's environmental past. The History and Importance of Nature Photography- Ryan Donnelly on February 12th at the Southeast Steuben County Library at 3:00pm. Environmental Literature- Megan Walters on May 21st at the Big Flats Library at 3:30. Environmental Laws and Landmark Acts- Megan Walters on August 20th at the Steele Memorial Library at 3:00pm. The Origin of the National Park Service- Ryan Donnelly on November 5th at the Southeast Steuben County Library at 3:00pm.
