Calling all cat lovers! We invite both adults and kids for a day of feline festivities as cats invade The Whaling Museum for National Pet Month. Find out about the hiss-tory of ship cats, test your feline knowledge in an a-mew-sing game of cat trivia, and create claw-some kitty crafts, including catnip toys to bring home or gift to a shelter cat. Participants can talk to a cat behaviorist about mysteries of cat behavior, go on a kitty scavenger hunt in the gallery, and enjoy feline face painting. Best of all, participants can meet and play with adorable, adoptable cats which the Ladew Cat Sanctuary will be showcasing in our Cat Room. VIP ticket holders will enjoy exclusive early access to the Cat Room from 12:00-1:00 PM for an up-close and purr-sonal experience! Share a pic of your cat on social media, which we may show in the museum! This event is the purr-fect way to celebrate all things cat.

General Admission: $10 Person (Max $40 family rate, up to 6 members) $5 Members; VIP Tickets: $15 Person | $10 Members; Children under 3 free; Admission from 3:00-4:00pm: Suggested Donation.
