Black Arts & Cultural Festival

The New York State Black Arts and Cultural Festival returns as a two-day event from August 1 - 2.  The festival includes a gospel night, health & wellness fair, and concert finale. 

• Friday, August 1st – Gospel Night, 5:00-8:30pm
• Saturday, August 2nd – Grand Rising Health & Wellness Fair, 10:00am-2:00pm
• Saturday, August 2nd – Concert Finale, 5:00-8:30pm
