Introducing Borscht Belt Fest, an annual cultural and food event that will make its debut July 29, 2023 in Ellenville, N.Y.

Created by the Catskills Borscht Belt Museum, the festival will celebrate the Borscht Belt era and pay homage to the Borscht Belt’s vibrant past while showcasing its legacy and wide-ranging influence on contemporary American culture.

Designed for all audiences and ages, the event will feature stand-up comedy, live music, film, educational programming – and of course food.
