Community Wine Course: Tempranillo

Join TC3 wine professor and sommelier Laura Winter Falk, PhD, as she guides you through a weekly journey on the noble wine grapes of the world.

Each week, we will dive deep into a different internationally-recognized grape varietal, learning about its classic characteristics, place of origin, as well as other regions throughout the world in which it thrives. As you taste the different wines from quality producers, you will learn how to identify the structural and aromatic elements of the wine and how they are expressed within each of the presented regions. Learning materials will include a list of classic producers for each varietal and region.

If you are planning to attend one or more of the classes this fall, please reserve all the classes you plan on attending. No payment is due at the time of booking. Your card will be charged two weeks before the class date. Reserving ahead helps plan for class size and wine needs.
