Performance Painter David Garibaldi returns to Auburn Public Theater’s stage after a widely acclaimed performance in 2014, in which he painted the flamboyant picture of Albert Einstein that hangs in APT's Stage Right. Garibaldi's shows are a music and color experience like none other: large pop portraits explode together on stage in minutes to music. Paint, sound, and entertainment collide for an entertaining show that has brought people around the world to their feet.
Hundreds of thousands have witnessed Garibaldi paint live by transforming a blank black canvas into pop art icons. Garibaldi has performed for Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Intel and Disney. He has also been featured at charity events for Playboy, NBA, and celebrities Snoop Dog, Santana, Tommy Lee, Dave Navarro and Blue Man Group. His Oct. 19th performance is sponsored by the Cayuga Community College Student Activities Board in collaboration with Auburn Public Theater.
