Forest Therapy: Solstice Celebration

Embrace change with mindful movement, nature observation, community, and tea with the trees. Led by Mindful Outdoor Guide and certified Forest Therapist, Cindy Olsen, this experience will be an opportunity to celebrate the natural world in honor of the winter solstice. Warm blankets, backpacks, seat cushions and warm seasonal tea will be provided. Dress for the weather. Ages 18+. No dogs please. Max: 20 people. Cost: $5. Parking: $6 per vehicle. Rain date: Dec.17.
