Four-Day Bistro Boot Camp


Guest chef Christopher Muller leads this four-day boot camp where you will explore the techniques and ingredients of classic French cuisine and create your very own soups, stews, rustic omelets, robust gratins, savory tarts and fresh breads and pastries! Muller is the former culinary director at Le Bernardin in New York City, a Michelin three-star restaurant. Enjoy five hours of hands-on learning each day. 18 or older only.
