Green Lakes State Park: Adaptive Hike

Join us for an adaptive hike around two glacial lakes (Green and Round lakes) and enjoy some time in the forest. Team SOAR Experiences is excited to partner with NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities, Onondaga County Day Habs (Syracuse) to offer an adaptive hike in Action Trackchairs and Grit Freedom Chairs.
