Hike with Mike: Eagle Hill and the OCA

Details

Embark on a five-mile hike and enjoy views of the Hudson and Kykuit now that the leaves have cleared from the trees. We’ll venture along the trail that lies above the Old Croton Aqueduct, the first aqueduct to bring abundant fresh water to New York City in the early 1800’s. Leashed dogs are welcome. Be prepared to move at a steady pace; some hiking experience is recommended. Max: 20 people. Cost: $4. Parking: $6 per vehicle. Photo courtesy of Patricia Halpin.
