Interpretive Walk & Craft for Children: A Horse's Life at Staatsburgh

From spirited thoroughbreds to sturdy work horses and gentle cart ponies, Staatsburgh was an equine world. Join us for a children's hike on the grounds of Staatsburg and learn the many roles that horses played on a Gilded Age estate. The 30-minute walk concludes with a craft: children paint a plaster horse to bring home. Admission: $5 per child, accompanying adults are free or $12 for family of 3 children
