Lake George Village Oktoberfest

Every October, the Lake George Village hosts a traditional German Oktoberfest. During the Lake George Village Oktoberfest, Canada Street becomes a street fair with Bavarian flair. Your family can have a whole lot of fun celebrating the Oktoberfest traditions, music, food, and beer. This Oktoberfest will have real German food like bratwurst along with a Bier Garden containing locally handcrafted German-inspired ales and lagers from Lake George's own Adirondack Pub & Brewery. Adirondack Pub & Brewery will be pouring their Oktoberfest Lager, a tasty, sweet Märzen-style beer brewed with New York State hops. Lake George Oktoberfest will have plenty of music to get you dancing! A bunch of traditional German polka bands will be performing all weekend long. Activities included are local artisan vendors, carnival rides, keg tossing, and stein hoisting! Oktoberfest is held rain or shine. Children and well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome. Ladies put on your dirndl dress or skirt and gentlemen step into your lederhosen and come to the Annual Lake George Village Oktoberfest - Prost!
