Mindful MAGic: Farewell Flow

Join us for the second event in the Mindful MAGic series – a heartfelt session of yoga and sound, led once more by the radiant Robyn alongside MAG’s own sound bath extraordinaire, Harold Taddy. This special gathering will also serve as a fond farewell to Robyn as she prepares for a new adventure out of state this July.

Reconnect, realign, and share in the gratitude of community during this gentle, grounding practice. While Robyn’s journey is taking her away for now, she’ll be back – so let’s send her off with warmth and well wishes, not goodbyes!

After the session, join us for coffee and bagels in the Vanden Brul Pavilion.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat
• Comfortable socks
• Water bottle with a secure, leak-proof lid (a shared storage cart will be provided)

Important Arrival Details

• Doors open at 9:00 am
• No late entry will be permitted: All guests must arrive by 9:00 am to preserve the tranquil nature of the session
• Check-in upstairs no later than 9:15 am to get situated
