Morning Hatha Yoga

Yoga is back! Ring in a healthier new year with our Morning Hatha Yoga class, Sundays at 10:30 AM. The beautiful sunlit Gothic Chamber is the perfect place for a morning yoga class. This open level class is for everyone - from beginners to long-time practitioners. Within the structure of the class and the instructor's skillful guidelines, you will work at your own pace and level, and modifications will be offered.
