Movement and Meditation

  • Melt into Mondays with Julie Hall, RYT 200. This class is created to move you into poses (asanas) which help to strengthen the body and focus the mind. You will be encouraged to journey through your practice and ease into meditation where you will be guided on a journey to a place of stillness and peace. Mindfulness will continue as you come to rest in savasana (restful pose.) Modifications and variations will be offered throughout the class, making this class accessible to students of all levels. This class is open and free for Inns of Aurora guests and is available to the public for a $14 drop-in fee. All equipment is provided.
