Old Erie Canal Boat Float and Bash

Join hundreds of paddlers at this annual paddling event as we fill the Old Erie Canal with colorful kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddleboards! The calm, flat waters of the canal make for a pleasant paddling experience for all levels. Sites along the way include scenic widewater areas, wildlife, sunken canal boats, and historic aqueducts. Choose from 5 launch locations depending on your preferred distance. After party! All paddlers end at the Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum at 12:30 pm for the Boat Float Bash with music and food trucks and blacksmith demonstrations! Drone photo taken at 12:30.
