Whether you are a first time visitor or a well-traveled Ozian, we invite you to journey through Oz with us this June in the Syracuse suburb of Chittenango, NY. We will celebrate with special guests, live music, costume contests, festival food, rides, games, authors and artists, vendors galore, fireworks, and a museum dedicated to All Things Oz! As we prepare to celebrate our 49th annual festival, we are reminded that Baum’s mission throughout his career as a writer was to please a child. The MGM film from 1939 is dedicated to the young at heart. This year thousands of fans, young and old alike will converge in the birthplace of OZ creator, Lyman Frank Baum.
