Path Through History Tour at Roberson Museum and Science Center

Details

Experience local history like never before at Roberson Museum and Science Center. Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in a guided, upgraded mansion tour, interact with pieces of local history including Native American artifacts, and view various shows in the area's only digital planetarium. Everyone has wondered what life was like before us, and this Path Through History Weekend, Roberson is giving guests a chance to explore just that. The doors to the servant’s quarters will be unlocked – a rare occasion – for a Mansion tour exploring how the rich and how the not so rich lived. In addition, the beautiful  Link C. Sharpe Minor organ will be available for viewing and will have its own special tour. Roberson will also have a collection of interactive “mystery artifacts” – items that society has long forgone. Guests can pick up and play with these objects while guessing what they might have been used for. And of course, planetarium shows!  ONE DAY ONLY: Mansion Tours begin at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 PM. Mystery Artifacts Available in the M&T Activity Lab from 12-3 PM. Planetarium Shows begin at 1, 2 & 3 PM. Members: Free | Children 4 & under: Free | Students: $6 | Seniors: $6 | Adults: $8 | Military: $6
