Roll and Stroll ♿

This 2.5-hour, 3.5 mile hike is a relatively level route with trails varying from packed pebble gravel to loose gravel of varying texture. You'll be introduced to the variety of environments existing within the Preserve including lake views, fields, and forests. Traditional wheelchair users have made the trip; however, the trail will be rougher than usual. Those using adaptive hiking devices having mountain tires will be more comfortable. The Preserve has two such devices available that can be borrowed for scheduled hikes when reserved two days in advance. The hike starts Promptly at 10:00 in the Visitor Center Courtyard.
