Spring Equinox Forest Bathing

Celebrate the spring equinox during this special event with forest therapist Cindy Olsen. Enjoy a mindful stroll in the woods and connect with nature inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, “forest bathing”. This journey will lead you to the Glacial Erratic.
