The Voice Of Whitney: A Symphonic Celebration pres. by The Town Hall

On February 15 1978 Whitney Houston stepped out on The Town Hall stage at the insistence of her mother the legendary Cissy Houston to perform solo for the first time ever. Forty seven years later on the 40th anniversary of the record breaking debut album Whitney Houston The Town Hall celebrates her stage debut with Whitney Houstons own original vocals and played with all new arrangements in a unique and one of a kind reinterpretation of her classic music and videos. Conducted by world renowned musical director Sean Mayes this program will be the world debut of Pops of Color New York Citys first pops orchestra composed exclusively of musicians of color performing music bu composers and musicians of color.
