Join NYU for a free tour of its open to the public art galleries in New York City!
There will be four exhibitions included on the tour. Grey Art Gallery will give a tour of its two current exhibitions, which are The Beautiful Brain, which displays drawings of the brain created by the modern father of neuroscience Santiago Ramon, and Baya: Woman of Algiers, the first North American exhibition of the self-taught Algerian artist Baya Mahieddine (1931 - 1998).
The tour will also include the inaugural NYU All Alumni Exhibit at the Stovall Family Gallery at Kimmel Galleries, where the works of over 40 NYU alumni will be shown, along with The Dream of Solentiname at 80WSE Gallery, which examines the relationship between aesthetics, social change, and revolution in Central America.
