Volunteer Park Day at Fort Hardy Park

Help us beautify the park for summer and walk in the footsteps where the Victory at Saratoga was secured! The “Field of Grounded Arms” is where British regulars were marched through Americans and literally laid down their muskets as part of General Burgoyne’s agreement to surrender to General Gates’ American forces. Volunteers will assist with winter debris pickup. Please bring work gloves, sturdy shoes, and a water bottle.
