Japanese wagyu beef seems to melt in your mouth. Prime cuts of it can sometimes cost over $30/ounce. Yet there are many myths surrounding wagyu. At this event, learn about Japanese wagyu with Dr. Daniel Botsman, see a cooking demonstration & enjoy a tasting reception of wagyu imported from Japan.
