Doug and James Quade, father and son team, own and operate Antler Run Distilling, a grain-to-glass farm distillery. They use 100% New York State grain. All but their malted barley is purchased locally in nearby Penn Yan. The malted barley is secured from farms all across the Finger Lake region. Doug and James have been close and have enjoyed many hobbies together including hunting, fishing, and golfing. They also shared the hobby of home brewing beer. This last hobby evolved into distilling spirits. In 2017, they decided to bring Antler Run Distilling to life and share this passion. Antler Run opened its doors in May 2019.
