The Coltivare Culinary Center is a culinary center supported by Tompkins Cortland Community College, and is the culmination of the four hospitality programs that the college offers. We have a professionally staffed full service bar, restaurant and event space. Our food is sourced primarily from upstate New York showcasing our Farm to Bistro theme. About 85% of our menu is sourced locally. Our students work in our real life operation learning every job within the facility including every job within the kitchen, as well as learning every job in the front of the restaurant as well. We are open for happy hour and our bar menu from 3p-7p Tue-Sun, and we seat for dinner starting at 5pm Tue-Sun. We also serve Brunch on Sundays from 10a-3p.
