Located in the historic, riverside Village of Athens, Crossroads Brewing Company is located in the former Brooks Opera House, built in 1893. Since opening in 2010, Crossroads has taken home several prestigious awards for their quality driven brews including a World Beer Cup Gold Medal and a Silver and Bronze Medal at the Great American Beer Festival. They've twice received the Matthew Vassar Cup for Best Brewery in the Hudson Valley at TAP NY.
With 10 rotating taps, there's always something new to try at this casual, friendly brewpub. You'll want to come hungry as the seasonally changing menu features fresh meats, cheeses and produce from local farms and artisans. Crossroads is proud to have been voted Best Restaurant in Greene County in 2014 and 2016. For the non-beer drinkers, Crossroads offers several wines, including a few from NYS, Nine Pin Cider from Albany and a handful of locally distilled liquors along with NYS sodas and our famous house-made Root Beer. Grab your pint and take a walk around the pub to check out the historic Athens photos and an up close view of the brewery. Crossroads may be off the beaten path but it's well worth the trip!
