Honey is the oldest fermented beverage and is considered Mother Nature's Nectar. Recognized consistently at national and international wine competitions, Earle Estates Meads have received Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals as well as several Fruit and Mead championships and best-of-class awards. During your Finger Lakes wine tour, stop by to enjoy the beauty of our lovely tasting room, the fantastic view of Seneca Lake and the surrounding farmlands from our balcony as you sample our Meads. Our campus offers a sun-filled tasting room offering many honey related gifts and treats as well as a relaxing lawn to enjoy your new-found “favorite” Mead! During the season, you can also view the Honeybee observation hive, taste fresh honey, and learn about the culture of bees and Mead making.
