After a delicious breakfast, stroll the 22-acre property filled with pine trees, a lively fish pond, and a large lawn area all nestled next to a beautiful grape vineyard. Even though you seem to be away from the hustle and bustle of life, you are only minutes away from Sunset Beach, the I-90 Thruway exit, exciting seasonal activities as well as downtown Fredonia/Dunkirk. Buffalo with all of its endless treasures and activities is only 50 minutes away. We are open year round. All rooms have private baths, a/c, and Wi-Fi.
