John Thomas Steakhouse

Just up the hill from Ithaca College and right next to La Tourelle is The John Thomas Steakhouse,  a restaurant where meat is king. They take extraordinary pride in dry aging their premium cuts of beef, turning them by hand and storing them in specially designed coolers to insure a tenderness and flavor profile that can't be matched.
