At Morrissey’s Lounge & Bistro, Culinary Director, Chef David Burke has created a new expanded all-day menu with added features to include summer fresh salads, lobster dumplings, crab-stuffed artichokes, Saratoga’s best oysters, mussels, & burger, along with an array of specialty sweet & savory crepes, wood fired flatbreads, house-made pasta & more. At dinner time, guests can now enjoy an expanded selection of main courses that include Shrimp & Scallops Romesco with charred broccoli & preserved lemon, along with Filet Mignon with spring onion, goat cheese & mushroom tart, just to name a few. In addition, authentic New York City Carnegie Deli Hot Pastrami & Hot Corned Beef sandwiches are now available during brunch, lunch, dinner as well as takeout!
