Northern New York Agricultural Historical Society

An official Path Through History Site! The society is committed to preserving and interpreting the region's rich agricultural heritage at its museum complex, which features a former 19th century church, a one room school house, a saw mill, and a special activities building. Highlights include a video on early farm life, an overview of the timber industry, and various programs that focus on region's agricultural history, including exhibits, storytelling, tours, demonstrations, and hands-on activities.
