Tour the New York City home of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, their five children, and FDR’s mother Sara. An integral part of Hunter College since 1943, the newly restored townhouse is the home of Hunter's public policy institute, offering public lectures and talks. You can only visit the residence via free guided tours, Saturdays at 10am, noon and 2pm (reservations suggested), and groups can visit by appointment (with a fee). Four function rooms at Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute at Hunter College are available for private rentals for conferences, seminars, screenings and elegant social functions.
