Two outstanding vacation facilities in one location. Located 12 miles North of Watkins Glen on the West side of Seneca Lake. The Bed and Breakfast is at the new house and hosts two bedrooms that overlook Seneca Lake. A delicious country breakfast is served each morning and the extensive patio provides a wonderful lake view to watch an early sunrise, or to enjoy afternoon tea or some wine and cheese. The Waterfront Cottage/Cabin, available for multiple day or weekly rental, is a post-and-beam construction from an 1860's barn, rebuilt on the waterfront. The Cottage sleeps six in two rustic lofts, has plenty of chairs to relax in on the extensive lawn, a 50-foot dock for fishing, swimming, or tying your own boat (launch facilities nearby), a full kitchen, wood burning stone fireplace, and a row boat available. On the property, enjoy a tennis court, picnicking on the grounds, 30 acres of woods for hiking, and a lakefront area. Children are welcome.
